Manchester United & two other Premier League clubs considering move for Aleksandar Mitrovic: Report

The Serbian international is attracting interest from many Premier League clubs.
Aleksandar Mitrovic, former Fulham striker, is reportedly being considered by Manchester United and two other Premier League clubs. For almost £50 million, Mitrovic left the Cottagers in August 2023 to join Al Hilal of the Saudi Pro League.
He won the Saudi Pro League and Saudi Cup in the 2023–2024 season and has scored 68 goals in 79 games, demonstrating his unsurprising prowess in the Middle East.
As Al Hilal are set to play in the FIFA Club World Cup, the Serbian international has scored 19 goals in 23 league games this season.
Before the competition, Al Hilal have been connected to Al Nassr star Cristiano Ronaldo as they get ready to compete in a redesigned Club World Cup.
West Ham and Everton also monitoring Aleksandar Mitrović’s situation
Surprisingly, three Premier League clubs are apparently interested in signing their star striker Mitrovic, who is expected to leave this summer.
Aleksandar Mitrovic, who scored 14 goals in 24 Premier League games for Fulham in 2022–2023, is ready to succeed in England’s top division and would help a number of teams. Mitrovic may be able to go since Al Hilal could sign Ronaldo before the competition.
The Saudi team are “ready to sell or loan Mitrovic,” but unless a replacement is signed, a move is not anticipated before the 2025 Club World Cup.
Manchester United are reportedly “considering a move,” while West Ham and Everton are “monitoring the situation.”
Viktor Gyokeres, a striker for Sporting who is also reportedly wanted by Arsenal, is still their “dream target,” although the Swede has little reason to be interested after United’s failure to qualify for European competition.
Sporting would have to sell players first since they cannot afford to keep Gyokeres. According to the source, Aleksandar Mitrovic is “ready to accept a pay cut” and is “available for £40m.”
Fulham are “not expected to try and bring him back” this summer, and Al Hilal are reportedly “braced for offers,” even though no bids have been made yet.
The Saudi Pro League is anticipated to see “a number of outgoings,” as the nation is eager to demonstrate that it is a “two-way market.”
