I want to stay: Marcus Rashford comments on Barcelona future

Marcus Rashford, a Manchester United winger on loan at FC Barcelona, has stated that a permanent move to the Camp Nou is still his “ultimate goal” and that he wants to remain at the club beyond his loan move.
After losing his spot at Old Trafford, the 28-year-old England striker moved to Spain in the summer. Under Hansi Flick’s direction, Rashford, who spent the second part of the previous season on loan at Aston Villa, has had a huge impact at the Nou Camp, scoring seven goals and dishing out eleven assists for Barcelona across all competitions.
When transfer speculations circulated about Marcus Rashford’s future during the summer, it was generally stated that Barcelona represented his ideal destination. After an outstanding start to his LaLiga career, Rashford has reiterated that his goal is still to secure a permanent transfer.
Marcus Rashford reveals prospects of playing at Barcelona beyond loan move

Marcus Rashford disclosed the following in an interview with Sport about his ambitions to continue at Barcelona and lead them to more success:
“My future? I want to stay at Barça. This is my goal… But it’s not the reason that makes me train hard and give my all. The goal is to win. Barcelona is a huge and wonderful club, built to win titles.”
The deal that sent the Manchester United academy product to Spain in July includes an option to buy the forward permanently, which carries a £26 million price.
After facing harsh criticism during his last stint at Old Trafford, the move was seen as an opportunity for Rashford to start over.
Moreover, his time at United has come to an end. Even if Barcelona opt not sign the player, Marcus Rashford will need to find a new club in the next summer window.
