The Brazilian is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Neymar’s statement for Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, “I wish I were there too,” may have alluded to the possibility of an Inter Miami transfer.

Neymar, a South American superstar, is currently playing for Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League. He did, however, suffer another injury soon after returning from a 12-month absence due to damage to his knee ligament, continuing his injury-plagued tenure in the Middle East.

Neymar‘s expensive deal may be terminated, according to some reports, so he can take on a new challenge. He has been rumoured to be open to reviving Barcelona’s renowned “MSN” strike partnership with Messi and Suarez at MLS team Inter Miami. Meanwhile, there also has been discussion about him going back to his old club Santos.

As part of an eFootball marketing effort, Neymar reunited with Messi and Suarez. The three of them are going back in time as they play against the legendary Barcelona team they all once played for. “I wish I were there too,” Neymar says to his former teammates, who are now showing up in Florida, at the end of the film.

However, the forward is currently injured after suffering a hamstring injury in his second game for Al Hilal in the AFC Champions League Elite. It is understood that if his injury continues the Saudi club might have to terminate the player’s deal.

Neymar will still have a few options: return to Europe and join a big side, play with his former Barcelona teammates in America or return to his childhood club Santos.

If Inter Miami want to sign Neymar, they would have to make room in their roster and pay cap, but they do have plenty of time to prepare for 2025. This is because a surprise playoff loss to Atlanta United has ended another attempt at MLS Cup success.
