The 33-year-old once again didn’t receive a call-up to the national team.
After being excluded from Carlo Ancelotti’s most recent Brazil team for their impending World Cup qualifying matches, Neymar has been active on social media.
The 33-year-old attacker had a “minor problem” that he needed to take care of before playing, according to Carlo Ancelotti, who did not include him in his most recent Selecao team this month. Neymar now appears to have had a voice in the situation.
Carlo Ancelotti did not call him up for Selecao’s squad.

In a mysterious Instagram story, the forward posted a picture of himself working out hard with kettlebells at the gym, along with the following message:
“Success comes from desire, determination, and persistence in achieving a goal. Even if you don’t reach your target, those who seek and overcome obstacles will, at the very least, do admirable things.”
Although Ancelotti praised Neymar’s skill, the forward has failed to produce regularly at Santos this season despite having played for big teams like FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. In 19 games, a return of six goals and three assists is not noteworthy.
If the former Al-Hilal player hopes to be included in the South American 2026 World Cup team, he will need to perform better and demonstrate that he can stay in shape.
Brazil, who are now in third position in their World Cup qualifying group after 16 games and have already guaranteed a spot in the finals next year, will play their next game on September 5 when they visit Chile. Five days later, they will travel to Bolivia. It’s unclear if the 33-year-old will play for his nation again in the near future.
