Paul Pogba gives his opinion on Cristiano Ronaldo vs Lionel Messi debate

Pogba delivers his verdict on Messi and Ronaldo.
Paul Pogba has offered a wonderful response to the long-running Lionel Messi vs. Cristiano Ronaldo rivalry. The question was asked of the French midfielder, who is getting ready to resume playing after being banned, when he joined well-known American streamer IShowSpeed online.
After winning trophies during their careers and accumulating all the individual honours available, the two superstars are regarded as the best football players to have ever lived. Opinions are always divided when players are asked to choose between the Portuguese talisman and the Argentine magician.
Paul Pogba was certain in his response on which man he would want to line up with, even though he acknowledged that both have advantages.
âLet me ask you this â Ronaldo or Messi?â was the question Speed asked, one that has been asked a lot over the last 20 years. The 31-year-old midfielder was first reluctant to respond, but he later clarified:
âFor me, there is no Ronaldo vs Messi. If I have to make a team, if I need to score goals, I will take Cristiano. Really, only to score goals.
âBut if I need a playmaker who can score goals and make assists, Iâll take Messi. Everyday.â
Speed and Pogba were talking about the legendary pair in another clip. The ardent CR7 supporter rejected the latterâs attempt to convince him that Lionel Messi was the superior player overall. But the Juventus player presented a strong case, asserting:
âYou like Cristiano, I love the style and everything. Some people love Messi, because do you see what heâs doing?
âMessi is different. Have you ever seen Messi? Heâs like that, right [short]? But you think you can push him and stuff like that. How can a person like this â so small â do this to people?â
During Cristiano Ronaldoâs second stint at Old Trafford, Pogba was a teammate at Manchester United. The inventive midfielder believes the 2022 FIFA World Cup winner is the more complete player, even if he has never played with Messi.
