The midfielder will be seen in action after so many months.

After months of inaction, Paul Pogba finally has a set date for his much-anticipated comeback to football. On November 30, 2024, in Dubai, the French midfielder will play in a friendly game in the King’s Cup.

Paul Pogba is among the most well-known active superstars to be included in the lineup for the competition. He will be accompanied by numerous other elite athletes.

Several retired legends, including Edgar Davids, David Silva, Roberto Carlos, and John Terry, will play in the game, which is scheduled to take place at Al Maktoum Stadium. Pogba’s inclusion in King’s XI is a significant step toward his recovery and comeback to football.

Since his doping conviction, Paul Pogba’s career has been put on pause. His return is generating a lot of enthusiasm. The Juventus player will get an opportunity to get back to his best in this King’s Cup friendly before his formal return in March 2025.

Pogba has repeatedly stated in public that he is still committed to playing, even though there are doubts about his future at the highest level. Fans will get a sneak peek at what to expect in the upcoming months thanks to his involvement in this charitable event.

Pogba will wear a special shirt for the game and will be subject to additional regulations, such as playing only 30 minutes of the friendly match.

Brazil icon Carlos will team up with Paul Pogba. Both will only be allowed to play for 15 minutes in each half and will not be subject to red or yellow cards and even offside flags.

After last appearing on the field in September of last year before being banned, the former Manchester United midfielder is keen to return.

Meanwhile, the France international is in talks with Juventus to terminate his contract. The player wants to start his career somewhere else when he returns to competitive football action in March.
