Blugrana have already bagged a couple of titles this season.
Barcelona have been in great form this season. They have already won the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Super Cup. Barca might even go on to win the LaLiga and UEFA Champions League titles if everything works for them. Hansi Flick has played a big role in the process.
Even after having a season as per their standards, Hansi Flick will be looking to add more players to the Barcelona squad for the upcoming season. The LaLiga giants were unable to qualify for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, hence they will have a good time to make the decisions.
Who should Barcelona sign in the upcoming transfer window?
5. Marcus Rashford
Marcus Rashford is currently playing for Aston Villa on loan from Manchester United. The English international can make a switch from the Premier League to LaLiga because of his playtime concerns at Man United. Rashford has shown some good performances to attract Barca.
Barcelona will be looking for a forward. This could be their best window to sign Marcus Rashford. He can be a proper successor to Robert Lewandowski, who is ageing and is currently injured. Ferran Torres has been given multiple opportunities but cannot be the first-choice forward for Blaugrana.
4. Jonathan Tah
Barcelona can also set their sights on Jonathan Tah, who plays for Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen. The German centre-back has shown some great performances and can be a great addition for Barcelona in the defence.
Barca’s fierce rivals Real Madrid might also be looking to seal a deal for Jonathan Tah. Blaugrana have decent players in their defence, but adding the tall ‘six foot five’ can be a beneficial move for them.
3. Alexander Isak
Talking about the forwards, Alexander Isak can be a great option for Barcelona. The Newcastle United and Sweden national team forward has been exceptional this season. For Hansi Flick, Isak will be a better option than any other striker on the market as of now.
But because of their high transfer fee, Barcelona might not be able to sign the Newcastle forward. Isak remains a great option for the LaLiga giants to strengthen their attacking front.
2. Jonathan David
Jonathan David is another forward who can be a great striker for Barcelona. Playing for LOSC Lille, he has done well this season and can be a beneficial signing for Blaugrana.
This can be a ‘low-risk’ transfer move for Barca as he can come in with lesser wages. Moreover, Jonathan David’s contract is coming to an end.
1. Nico Williams
Barcelona might also be looking for a pure winger profile. Nico Williams will be a good option to go after. Someone like Rafael Leao can also be a good option, but because of a high transfer fee, Barca might not consider the Portuguese.
Nico Williams has not come up with the best performances this season. But he is capable of much more. Under a proper plan and with the help of his fellow teammates, he can be a lethal player on the wings.
