The Pharaohs unveiled their 27-man preliminary roster on May 21.

The Egypt national football team is now preparing for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Before heading to the World stage, they are going to lock horns with Russia and Brazil in international friendly contests.

The Pharaohs’ head coach, Hossam Hassan, has announced a preliminary 27-man roster for the upcoming edition of FIFA’s flagship tournament. He is going to drop one of the squad’s members to reduce the squad to ‌the FIFA-mandated 26 players after battling Russia on May 28.
