An association football accolade known as Premier League Save of the Month honours the goalie who is judged to have made the best Premier League save during each of the months of the season. Since its establishment during the 2022–2023 season, it has been referred to as the Castrol Save of the Month for sponsorship purposes.

Nick Pope of Newcastle United was the first recipient of the Premier League Save of the Month award, which was given out in August 2022. In January 2023, Pope became the first goalie to win the award two times. Aaron Ramsdale won the March and April 2023 awards, making him the first goalie to win two in a row.

Besides, Nick Pope,  Aaron Ramsdale and Robert Sanchez, Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has also stood with his impressive saves for the toffees he was the second recipient to win the award in September of 2022. The England international won the prize once again in January 2024.

Andre Onana of Manchester United received the Premier League Save of the Month award in November 2024 for his outstanding stop of Liam Delap of Ipswich Town.

After winning the prize in September for making two saves against Crystal Palace, Onana has now won it twice this season and has made history by becoming the goalkeeper to win the award thrice in the league.

Since its debut in the league 2022–2023, the Cameroonian goalie earned the most Premier League Save of the Month honours with three. Despite the club’s struggles in the league, the former Inter Milan shot-stopper has remained best in between the sticks.
