The matchup is set to feature the return of Achraf Hakimi, as the Moroccan right-back was unavailable after suffering an injury in the second leg fixture against Bayern Munich. Since his absence, teammate Zaire Emery has been filling the position. For the final, Hakimi has returned with the player crucial to suppressing the Arsenal wingers.

Ousmane Dembélé was also doubtful for the matchup after being substituted in the last Ligue 1 fixture after suffering a minor calf injury. However, the side has clarified that the French forward will feature in the game, with the player crucial for the French side to break Arsenal’s strong defence.
