Qatar predicted lineup vs Bosnia & Herzegovina for FIFA World Cup 2026

Qatar will meet Bosnia on June 25.
Qatar head into their final Group B fixture against Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking their first points of the FIFA World Cup 2026. Julen Lopetegui’s side opened the tournament with a 1-1 draw against Switzerland before suffering a 6-0 defeat to Canada, leaving them bottom of the group.
The hosts of the 2022 World Cup now face a must-win situation if they are to finish their campaign on a positive note. Bosnia also enter the contest with one point from two matches, making the encounter crucial for both sides.
Qatar are expected to make changes to their lineup due to suspensions. The availability of midfielder Assim Madibo and defender Homam El Amin, who were sent off for fouls, puts Lopetegui in a tricky situation in the midfield and defence.
Who all will be expected to be in the starting lineup?

For Qatar, goalkeeper Mahmud Abunada will be their first choice. The centre-backs will likely be Ayoub Al Oui and Sultan Al Brake as full-backs, and Pedro Miguel and Boualem Khoukhi have been named as the central defensive line-up without the suspended Homam El Amin.
For midfielders, Ahmed Fathi, Jassem Gaber and Issa Laaye are likely to be first in the rotation. The three will have the task of keeping possession and defensively stabilising after Assim Madibo’s suspension.
Edmílson Júnior will play on the right flank and Akram Afif on the left as Almoez Ali will sit on the halfway mark. The trio of attackers continue to be the main source of attack and goals for Qatar.
