Raphinha has once again become Barcelona’s main headache after suffering a new injury scare while playing for Brazil.
In the first few minutes of Brazil’s friendly match against France, the winger looked sharp. But right before halftime, the evening took an unsettling turn.
Raphinha was replaced during halftime due to soreness in his right thigh, according to the Brazilian Football Confederation, which AS reported. At first, the decision seemed preventative, but things have swiftly gotten worse, raising the possibility of an injury.

Ancelotti issues injury update on Raphinha
Brazil’s coach, Carlo Ancelotti, discussed the injury following the game, providing an explanation of the Raphinha substitution:
”Raphinha played very well, then he had a problem at the end of the first half and we had to change him, his muscle bothered him a little and I think they’re going to evaluate him tomorrow,” he said.
Raphinha’s injury hit season with Barcelona
