Real Betis predicted lineup vs Chelsea for UEFA Conference League final 2024-25

Betis are looking to win their first-ever UEFA trophy.
Chelsea will face Spanish powerhouse Real Betis in the Conference League final tonight in Wroclaw in an attempt to become the first team to win all four major UEFA club tournaments.
After managing the revival of Isco and Antony over the past few months, Manuel Pellegrini, a former Premier League-winning head coach, has led Los Verdiblancos to the 2024–25 final through a process of rejuvenation.
Real Betis were 2-1 behind and on the verge of being sent to penalties when they travelled to Italy with a 2-1 first-leg lead over Fiorentina. However, Antony’s assist for Abde Ezzalzouli in the 97th minute, which followed his free-kick opener, allowed Betis to advance under the most amazing of conditions.
The last time Betis and Chelsea played in a meaningful match was in the 2005–06 UEFA Champions League group stage. The Blues triumphed 4-0 at home and lost 1-0 away. That was nearly 20 years ago.
They now bid to win their first-ever European trophy in their history. The former Manchester City manager will aim to employ a strong lineup that could get the job done against a tough Chelsea team.
Real Betis predicted lineup vs Chelsea
Real Betis predicted lineup vs Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Vieites (GK); Sabaly, Bartra, Natan, R. Rodriguez; Cardoso, Altimira; Antony, Isco, Fornals; Bakambu
In addition to Marc Roca (foot), Diego Llorente (hamstring), and Chimy Avila (hamstring), Real Betis’ Hector Bellerin is out for the remainder of the season due to a hamstring injury. He sustained this injury in the second leg of their semi-final match against Fiorentina.
The Argentine midfielder Giovani Lo Celso could not train on Saturday because of muscle soreness, raising doubts over his participation in the final. However, Youssouf Sabaly and Johnny Cardoso were both seen training after recovering from minor injuries.
With Bellerin’s year-ending injury, Sabaly’s availability will be especially important. Cedric Bakambu, a 34-year-old striker who has seven Conference League goals this season, one less than Jagiellonia Bialystok’s leading scorer Afimico Pululu, should lead the line.
