Real Madrid team bus involved in crash following loss to Liverpool in Champions League

Los Blancos bus collided with a truck on its way to the airport.
After Real Madrid’s UEFA Champions League loss to Liverpool, the team bus was engaged in a car accident on the highway.
The coach was travelling south on the M40 when the collision happened. Following an apparent collision with a truck, social media users shared footage of a coach that was still.
A driver said: “It probably happened about five minutes before I got there. I nearly crashed into the car in front of me because everyone suddenly stopped. I couldn’t tell if any of the team were on the coach but it was definitely Real Madrid branded, with all the logos. It was unmistakable.”
“The coach was on the hard shoulder. It was really, really badly smashed up at the front, which had crumpled into the back of a white lorry.”
”I don’t think it was the sort of crash where people would have been seriously injured but I can imagine people on board would have got nasty whiplash. There were a few people there but when I went past I didn’t see any players or anyone in tracksuits.’‘
Although Warwickshire Police acknowledged receiving an accident complaint, they currently have no other details.
On Wednesday night, Real Madrid lost to Liverpool 2-0 in the Champions League. After five games, the Spanish powerhouses are in 24th place in the redesigned league, clinging to the last playoff spot.
In five Champions League games this year, Los Blancos have lost three of them. The new team bus was formally introduced by Real Madrid in October. The design includes a sizable club crest and a list of the prizes the team have won throughout the years.
The club claimed that the redesign of Santiago Bernabeu served as another inspiration for the design. The bus of Real Madrid’s squad has been in an accident twice this year.
The team coach suffered a slight collision prior to the squad’s Champions League last-16 matchup with RB Leipzig, according to a February story in the Spanish newspaper Marca.
A fan was held responsible for the February incident when he lost control of his vehicle while recording the team coach.
