The club are yet to strike a deal over his contract extension with the Brazilian.

According to Fichajes, Real Madrid are considering selling Vinicius Jr to the Saudi Pro League for €300 million because they are becoming impatient with his unwillingness to sign a new deal.

According to the source, the Brazilian wants a greater wage than Kylian Mbappe because he feels he is the club’s most important player.

Florentino Perez, Real Madrid president, is not happy about this power struggle and may soon have to make a decision.

Rumours of a record-breaking move are spreading as Saudi Arabian teams keep a careful eye on the situation. It should be mentioned that Saudi PIF is allegedly prepared to provide the Brazilian a massive €1 billion deal.

The Brazilian has consistently insisted that his objective is to remain at Santiago Bernabeu and continue to win more championships with the Spanish powerhouses. The athlete officially stated that he would not follow the money to Saudi Arabia and that he hopes to sign a new Los Blancos contract as soon as possible.

In an interview with journalists, the 24-year-old stated:

“I am very calm because I have a contract until 2027 and I hope I can renew it as soon as possible because I am happy here. Everyone loves me and likes me very much. I couldn’t be in a better place than here.

“I am here to continue the story, everything that the president and the club have given me. I hope I can continue scoring more goals and playing more games with this shirt. I have won, but I can win much more and I can go down in the history of this club with so many great players who are legends.”

Meanwhile, such speculations will continue to swirl in the media regarding Vinicius Jr’ future at the club. Only time will tell if the Spanish capital side want to keep the Brazilian or sell him in the summer.
