The Los Blancos signed Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer this summer

Real Madrid are set to invest heavily in the next summer window and have already shortlisted their targets as they aim to further bolster their squad.

The club is planning to sign Trent Alexander Arnold, Rodri and Alphonso Davies next summer. The Spanish capital is aware of Rodri’s value which has been set around €130m by Manchester City.

Madrid have long been keen on signing Rodri and were also interested in bringing him to the club last summer, The same has been done with Davies and Trent who have been pursued by the club.

It was believed that Madrid would be able to sign Davies who was open to joining them but Real never made an approach to Bayern Munich for the left-back signing.

Both Davies and Alexander Arnold have one year left on their respective contracts and could leave their respective clubs for free next season if they fail to extend their deal.

This will be a big coup for Madrid as agreeing on personal terms won’t be a problem with them given Real already agreed to bring Davies to the club last summer but Bayern’s demand for the player saw them never make a move for him.

Meanwhile, if the England international also doesn’t extend his deal then he will be on his way out and Real will be hoping to sign him for free. However, they will have to shell out the big sum to sign Man City star player Rodri.

The Spanish player has grown into the most excellent midfielder for Manchester City and Spain and has become the backbone of the club from the middle of the pitch.

Knowing Real already have enough depth in the midfield but plenty of injuries this season seems they will need to add another defensive midfielder.

Rodri serves as one of City’s most valuable players and a man who can turn things around under Pep Guardiola, consequently, the team will do all in their power to keep him.
