Real Madrid stars unhappy with Xabi Alonso's agressive disciplinarian approach: Report

The new Los Blancos head coach has laid down strict dressing room rules.
Real Madrid’s board is obviously concerned about their recent two performances, but Florentino Perez and company have faith in Xabi Alonso to overcome the bad run of form.
However, it is safe to say that the new manager has experienced his first difficult period rather very early in his time at the club, and there seems to be some clear gap between his concepts and how they are implemented on the field.
The same was demonstrated by players fighting in the middle of the field during the team’s most recent 0-0 draw against Rayo Vallecano over the tactics being used.
Additionally, there is obviously conflict between the manager and some of the team’s players, such as Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr.
A recent report by Romain Molina reveals that several Real Madrid players are upset with the drastic shift in management from Carlo Ancelotti to Xabi Alonso, which has increased the unrest against the manager.
Many Los Blancos stars angered by Alonso’s aggressive discipline

According to the report, several Real Madrid players used to travel to Ibiza following games rather than coming back to Madrid to celebrate a day off when Ancelotti was in charge, though the players have not been named.
They were free to do as they pleased and skip training. Now the players can’t process or accept how much of a control freak Xabi Alonso is because they’re used to that comfort. Their intention to maintain the same way of life under the new manager was unsuccessful.
According to reports, the scenario has infuriated several of the players’ entourage, who now believe Xabi Alonso is unduly interfering in their personal lives.
In this sense, support for Xabi Alonso’s discipline during training sessions must be unavoidable, even if it tends to bruise some big egos in the locker room.
It will now be interesting to see if the Real Madrid stars accept the new way of life or if Xabi Alonso’s way of man management will change.
Why are some players angered by Xabi Alonso?
Alonso has interfered in their personal life and banned them from going on any holiday after a match, according to one report.
Which players are furious about Alonso’s decision?
Their names have not been disclosed.
Where do Real Madrid stand in the table?
They are first in the table, with 31 points from 12 matches.
