Seven English clubs might grace the UCL next season.
Being a part of the UEFA Champions League is a dream for all clubs playing in the European region. There have been many additions and subtractions over the years, but some teams have been very consistent and have been a regular part of the UCL.
In the ongoing Premier League title race, the Mikel Arteta-led Arsenal are likely to be crowned as the champions at the end of the season. They have a nine-point lead over the second-placed Manchester City.
The third and fourth places are most likely to end in favour of Manchester United and Aston Villa, respectively. This means they are most likely to be a part of the UCL next season.
There has been a dip in form when it comes to some big names who have been underperforming this season. Clubs like Liverpool and Chelsea are on a poor run of form at the moment. They might even miss out on securing a top-four spot.
Finishing even 7th in the Premier League may lead to Champions League qualification!

For the clubs outside the traditional top four, there is still a chance for other clubs to make it to the UEFA Champions League next season. Potentially seven Premier League sides can seal a spot in the European competition if we talk about the upcoming edition. At present, Chelsea and Brentford have a chance, as they sit sixth and seventh, respectively.
The Unai Emery-led Aston Villa, who are placed fourth in the Premier League, are also competing in the ongoing edition of the UEFA Europa League. If they manage to win the Europa League and also finish inside the top five domestically, then their European Cup-winning spot is likely to be passed down the league table. This will push the qualification further down.
The Arne Slot-led Liverpool are in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals. Should the Reds win the competition and seal their UCL spot, it would open up an additional spot for teams below them in the standings, rather than via their league position.
If these two scenarios play out, the clubs finishing sixth and seventh in the English Premier League (currently Chelsea and Brentford) would earn a place in the next edition of the Champions League. It can become a solid chance, but it still lies at the performance of Aston Villa and Liverpool.
