Haaland stated on his YouTube channel, “You don’t eat this, but I care about taking care of my body.” Extreme nutrition for elite performance is a quote that encapsulates his philosophy.

Haaland’s diet is far from the standard chicken-and-rice regimen; instead, it combines performance-driven decisions with ancestral customs. He consumes the following every day:
