Borussia Dortmund have long been linked with Rayan Cherki. Everything appears to be changing now. Consistent media reports state that Lyon and Manchester City are actively negotiating the forward’s potential transfer.
For the 21-year-old, City are willing to spend up to 30 million euros. The agreement might be finalised this week if Lyon accept the offer.
