So when will the squads for UEFA Euro 2024 be revealed? The competition is drawing nearer and closer, so we don’t have much longer to wait.

Twenty-four countries will compete for the prized trophy in Germany during Euro 2024, with favourites like England, France, the host nation, and Portugal preparing to advance far in the competition.

Although the most recent March internationals provided a glimpse into each Euro 2024 squad member, supporters are still awaiting official confirmation. When will the squads for Euro 2024 be revealed?

The competition begins on June 14 in Munich when Germany takes on Scotland. UEFA has announced that teams have till June 7 to register their final squads.

Complete rosters must be submitted at least seven days before to the start of the European Championship, according to UEFA regulations, though injured players may be substituted at any time before the first game. With the Three Lions facing Bosnia & Herzegovina at Wembley on the final day of the the due date, that’s excellent news for England and Gareth Southgate.

However, just two days after the Premier League season ends, on May 21, Southgate will name a provisional squad. This will give the England boss extra time to evaluate his players before the warm-up matches in early June.

The number of players that will be included in that provisional roster is unknown, but expect a sizable one given that Real Madrid, Jude Bellingham’s Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Manchester City each have cup finals to compete in after May 21.

The Three Lions will look to snap a 58-year drought for an international title this summer after drawing against Denmark, Slovenia, and Serbia in Group C.

They’ve already made progress in their preparations, though, as UEFA revealed that their squads would now consist of 26 players instead of 23. Although he now has a little more discretion in his decision-making, Southgate was previously vocal about the need to be more astute in his squad choice.
