France national football team is already preparing for the World Cup.
Many Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) players will travel to Canada, Mexico, and the United States to join their national squads for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This will follow a difficult UEFA Champions League final win against Arsenal on May 30.
With many PSG players called up to the national team, they will now head to France’s training camp to prepare for the biggest competition of the year.
Now that almost every country has confirmed their official, final 26-man squads for the competition, the excitement is really starting to build. A few managers started submitting their final squads more than two weeks ahead of the statutory deadline of June 1.
When will PSG Champions League winners join the France World Cup camp?

PSG’s Champions League winners are anticipated to arrive in Clairefontaine to join the France national team camp early this week. After defeating Arsenal to win the European title, they will take a short break.
The likes of Ousmane Dembele, Lucas Hernandez, Warren Zaïre-Emery, Désiré Doué and Bradley Barcola are set to join the national team squad in the coming week.
However, Hernandez may join the roster earlier than other players, given that he wasn’t a regular under Luis Enrique this season. Meanwhile, the rest of the stars may get some rest before they fly to the national team’s training camp.
France, one of the favourites in the competition, are set to play their friendlies against the Ivory Coast and Northern Ireland before they begin their World Cup campaign.
Les Bleus reached the final of the previous competition but lost against Argentina on penalties. They will be looking to replicate a similar run, but this time, they hope to end by lifting the trophy in the USA.
