White, Mosquera & more - Arsenal injury news & update

The Gunners continue to suffer from injury blows.
Ben White, an Arsenal defender, will miss at least a month due to a hamstring injury. During the first half of Saturday’s 2-1 victory over Wolves, the right-back was struck by the club’s injury curse.
Following a scan on Sunday, White, 28, is expected to be out for four or five weeks. For coach Mikel Arteta, who is yet again dealing with injuries this season, especially defensively, this is a worthwhile setback.

Meanwhile, a problem with his ankle will keep defender Cristhian Mosquera out of action until next month. Additionally, Gabriel Magalhaes has not yet resumed training due to a thigh issue.
Arteta’s choices are limited; therefore, versatile defender Jurrien Timber is likely to start at right-back against Everton on Saturday. However, left-back Riccardo Calafiori is once again available following suspension.
White missed a significant portion of the previous season due to a knee injury. Then he had another hamstring injury at the beginning of this season. Max Dowman and Kai Havertz are also out for Arsenal.
In addition to last week’s UEFA Champions League victory against Club Brugge, White had started the Gunners’ last three Premier League games.
He has appeared in eleven matches so far this season. However, Myles Lewis-Skelly had to take his place against Wolves shortly after 30 minutes.
Before making his comeback earlier this month at home against Brentford, White had been an unused substitute in 10 straight top-flight games.
On Saturday, Arsenal will face Everton in an attempt to maintain their position at the top of the league by Christmas. At the top of the Premier League, Arteta’s team is now just two points ahead of Manchester City.
