Who is Abdellah Ouazane? Real Madrid in talks to sign Ajax youngster

Real Madrid are in negotiations with AFC Ajax for the signing of wonderkid Abdellah Ouazane.

Marca claims that the 16-year-old has been a target of Real Madrid for a while, and numerous other teams have also been keeping an eye on his development. His contract with Ajax expires on June 30. Los Blancos are in communication with his representatives, and he may soon join with their youth club or the Castilla side.

Ouazane, who presently plays for Morocco’s U-17 squad after having played for the Netherlands U-15 team, won the African U-17 Cup’s best player award. He has a flair for scoring goals and plays primarily as an attacking midfielder.

Abdellah Ouazane, who holds both Dutch and Moroccan citizenship, was called up to the Moroccan and Dutch under-15 teams. He then disclosed that he had made Morocco his final choice when he was sixteen.

He was included in Morocco’s 2025 U-17 Africa Cup of Nations squad in March 2025. The tournament was won by Morocco. Ouazane won the tournament’s best player award.
