During his youth days, he began his football journey by signing up for Wej Sports Club in 2015 in Saudi Arabia. Abdulelah Al-Amri continued to impress the scouts and the coaching staff. He then went on to join Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr in 2017.
In 2018-19, he was loaned to Al Wehda FC, where he developed his skills further and returned to Al Nassr. He is physically strong and can dominate aerial battles.
Al-Amri also captained Saudi Arabia’s U-20 team at the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup and later got into the senior team because of his on-field performances.
He plays alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and is still an important part of Al Nassr. He played a key part in their league title win last term.
