Why Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe can't drive his new custom BMW?

The Frenchman has a collection of many costly cars.

Kylian Mbappe has been given a customised BMW to add to his collection of supercars, even though the Real Madrid player cannot drive.

During his playing career, Mbappé has accumulated a vast collection of luxury cars, including a £230,000 Cadillac Escalade and a £400,000 Ferrari SF90 Hybrid.

The only drawback is that the Frenchman lacks a driving licence to take these fantastic automobiles for a ride. BMW nevertheless gave him a personalised i7 electric vehicle with his name on the license plate in spite of this.

On social media, Mbappe was spotted pointing to the number plate bearing his signature while posing next to the £160,000 automobile.

Additionally, as part of BMW’s collaboration with Real Madrid, the entire team received their own car in addition to Kylian Mbappe, who got the new i7.

Madrid players get new BMW cars besides Mbappe

In the fourth campaign of their contract with the automaker, Madrid displayed stars such as Jude Bellingham posing with their vehicles.

According to the club, the agreement “symbolises the alliance between two benchmarks: Real Madrid’s sporting excellence and BMW’s driving pleasure.”

Mbappe reveals he doesn’t have a driver’s license

A Mercedes V Class van, a Volkswagen Multivan, and a Ferrari 488 Pista are among the other vehicles in Mbappe’s garage.

Due to his failure to obtain a license during a period of rapid rise to fame, Mbappé needs to be driven around in a car.

Speaking about his lack of a driver’s license in 2023, he explained that it was just not essential for him during his professional life.

Mbappe said: “It’s one of the downsides of being successful early, I missed simple things like having a driver’s license.”

“I think everyone has one. For many people a license is an obligation, but it wasn’t for me.”

“Although it is synonymous with independence, I had my independence early on because I had drivers at my disposal. It has never been a priority.”
