F1 United States GP 2023: Updated schedule & timings
The F1 United States GP is one of the most exciting races of the year, thanks in part to the track and the whole atmosphere in Austin, Texas. Moreover, with the new Sprint weekend returning, let’s look at the updated schedule for the 2023 United States Grand Prix.
Looking back at last year’s race, it was the day of the current world champion, Max Verstappen, who clinched another victory despite a sluggish pit stop that temporarily dropped the Dutchman to P5. While pole-sitter Carlos Sainz had to retire after Mercedes’ George Russell collided with him at the first corner, Hamilton and Leclerc completed the podium.
Fast forward to 2023, it appears that the US GP is poised to be another triumph for Max Verstappen, given his commanding form. However, McLaren has emerged as a formidable challenger to Red Bull. Additionally, considering the fact both Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri secured podium finishes despite a challenging qualifying session proves that McLaren has the pace.
Furthermore, after sustaining an arm injury in Zaandvort, Daniel Ricciardo is set to make a comeback in F1, aiming to help AlphaTauri in their quest for much-needed points in the championship.
