Blood on Crystal will pick up after the base game’s most shocking twist, which is CHAR-les’ betrayal of protagonist P-3.
This is the final chapter, which will continue the storyline where CHAR-les (also known as Zakharov) escapes and sets a larger plan in motion. The previous expansion has explored the alternate endings and side consequences.
After the happenings of the Annihilation Instinct, P-3 attempts to abandon Facility 3826. Nevertheless, under the control of CHAR-les, taking control of Kollective 2.0 and making dangerous experiments, the results are going to be disastrous.

Expect familiar faces & new powers
In the previous DLCs, P-3 was reunited with the consciousness of his deceased wife, Blesna. In Blood on Crystal, P-3’s Polymer arm is now fully restored.
Blesna has also gained unprecedented access to the Kollective 2.0 network. This is thanks to one of the powerful rings tied to its control system.
In a major twist, Blesna now inhabits the body of one of the twins. This opens up a new narrative and gameplay possibilities.
Now, they both will pursue CHAR-les and confront the Polymorphs in the new Atomic Heart DLC.
This DLC aims to deliver a closure to climactic narrative, which is filled with betrayal, loss and technological horror.
