Borderlands fans are pretty excited as the new game is releasing on September 12, 2025. There are also Borderlands 4 Twitch drops that you can earn while watching the gameplay streams.

Whether you’re watching your favorite streamer’s crazy gunfights or exploring the game’s perils on your own, these drops can make your experience richer and more gratifying.

Available Borderlands 4 Twitch drop rewards

Here are the current Borderlands 4 Twitch Drop rewards:

ECHO-4 Purple Twitch Skin: Watch for 30 minutes during the campaign (August 29, 1:00 PM PDT to September 29, 11:59 PM PDT).

There will be more future drops that will provide skins, loot boxes and other stuff in the game.

How to link your Twitch and SHiFT accounts?

If you want to earn the drops, you need to connect your SHiFT account to Twitch. Here’s how you can do it:

Login to your SHiFT account.
Click “Gaming Platforms” in the upper left corner.
Under Twitch, click “Sign In,” making sure to use the right account if shared.
Check the link under “SHiFT Website” in Twitch Settings > Other Connections.

If it’s already linked for the past titles, then you don’t have to repeat the process.

How to redeem Borderlands 4 Twitch drops?

Once you meet the requirement to watch the game for 30 minutes on Twitch (notified via Twitch), head to your Drops Inventory page.

From there, you can click on “Redeem” within 24 hours—miss this, and it’s gone! The rewards will be available in your Borderlands 4 inventory’s reward center.

With the new free skins, players will be able to customize the ECHO-4 drone, while also supporting their favorite streamers on Twitch.

There will be no early access and Borderlands 4 will launch officially on September 12, 2025, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2 and PC via Steam and Epic Game Store.
