For XBOX

For Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S users, here’s how to do it:

• Open Settings > Account > Region & Location.
• Switch to New Zealand, then confirm and restart your console.
• Check out the Black Ops 7 app; it will display your new unlock (e.g., 3 PM ET Nov 13 for US East).
• Boom, you’re in. Queue up COD HQ and dive first; no more procedures required.

For PlayStation

For PS4 and PS5 users, here’s how you can do it:

• Log in to activision.com and select Profile > Basic Info.
• Edit your address: Google an actual New Zealand location (for example, “123 Queen Street, Auckland” from Maps – apartment or business works).
• Save, log out/in to PS, then check the store page – unlock moves to New Zealand time.
• That’s it; no more console fiddling. Preload BO7, and you’ll be raiding at daybreak.

For PC

For PC users, the situation is a little bit trickier. It all depends on the launcher. Xbox app? Full access. Steam/Battle.net? Proxy play only.

• Xbox App (PC Game Pass): Mirror PS: Update Activision’s address to New Zealand (step above). Then, right-click the taskbar clock and select Adjust Date/Time > Region as New Zealand. Restart your PC, activate the Xbox app, and confirm BO7’s early start time (for example, 6 a.m. ET on November 13).
• Steam/Battle.net Warning: There is no direct region swap; these are IP-locked. Get a Kiwi pal to do the trick, launch COD HQ on their end, and accept their invitation. Join mid-session; you may drop at lobby exits, so re-invite as needed. Risky, but effective for cooperative grinds.
