Xbox and Activision are all ready to drop the biggest Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 beta weekend for the players. Unlike the previous games’ beta, this time the beta of the upcoming COD title will include campaign missions, multiplayer modes, and Warzone content.

Modern Warfare 4 beta starts next week!
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 early access beta will officially begin on August 21, 2026. Eligible players will have the chance to experience the game before the official launch.
After a week, on August 28, 2026, the open beta will become available for everyone! Throughout the testing phase, players can experience the maps, modes, and Warzone content.
Campaign mission will be available
For the first time in the franchise’s history, the player campaign mission will be included in the beta. Till now, only multiplayer features have been included in the beta, but this time, it truly feels like a complete game demo before the official launch.
Now, players can get an early look at the game’s campaign story, gameplay mechanics & more ahead of the full launch.

Multiplayer & Warzone
Once again, you can try multiple classic game modes with several maps. According to the developers, the playlist and maps will rotate throughout the early access and open beta period.
The open beta will also introduce a brand-new Warzone Resurgence map. Including the multiplayer game modes, Warzone with a new map and story campaign mission, the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 beta weekend is going to be a blast for COD players and fans!
