Activision and Infinity Ward have recently shared details on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4, which will be enhanced for the PS5 Pro. Several exclusive visual and performance enhancements are planned for the PS5 Pro and the game, which will launch on October 23, 2026.
According to the official PlayStation Blog, this game will take advantage of Sonyâs upgraded hardware and will provide improved image quality, higher frame rates and more smoother gameplay for PS5 Pro players.

Modern Warfare 4 is getting one of the biggest upgrades in support on PS5 Pro: Upgraded PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR).
This enhanced AI upscaling technology is designed to improve the image quality and clarity, while also maintaining high performance at both 60Hz and 120Hz.
