Recently, Team Jade who are the developers of the popular first-person shooter Delta Force mobile have announced that they are delaying the game. Now, the game is set to release in Summer 2025.

Initially, the mobile release was expected this month, after the open beta debut on PC on December 5. However, in a recent social media update, the team stated their choice to postpone the release to guarantee that gamers get the high-quality experience they deserve.

In their statement, Team Jade stressed Delta Force‘s ambitious nature, saying, “No matter how you slice it, Delta Force is – and will continue to be – a very ambitious project.”

They did a full review of their production timeline and concluded that rushing in this mobile project might compromise some quality. They are committed to providing the fans and mobile gamers with a smooth, optimized and bug-free game.

Looking ahead, Team Jade promises an exciting 2025 for the Delta Force community. They’ve hinted at a ‘rich’ of new content, which includes five new Operators, at least seven new maps, and a variety of new weaponry, vehicles, and unique features.
