Football fans and gamers are pretty excited for the upcoming EA FC 26, which is going to launch on September 26, 2025.

Now the official EA Sports FC PRO page on X has officially revealed some new skills moves and how to perform them in FC 26. Let’s find out more details in this article.

New skill moves in EA FC 26

EA Sports FC Pro has revealed a video that shows us the five new skill moves in the game. These are Explosive Stepover, Advanced Heel Kick, Trickster Rainbow, Elastico Variation, and Drag to Chop.

Explosive Stepover

The explosive stepover is a three-star skill move that can be done while standing or jogging position. Hold L1/LB and rotate the right stick forward, then flick to either left or right depending on which way you want to exit the move.

Advanced Heel Kick

The Advanced Heel Kick is a four-star skill move that can be performed from a jogging position. Flick the right stick forward and then backward, while moving the left stick diagonally left or right.

Trickster Rainbow

The Trickstar Rainbow skill has been updated for the EA FC 26. You will need the player with the trickster playstyle to perform this move. From a standing position or jogging position, flick the right stick back, then forward.

Elastico Variation

This is a five-star classic skill move from the jogging position. Hold L2/LT and then rotate the right stick right and then left, vice versa.

Drag to Chop

The Drag to Chop is a four-star skill move from the standing position. To perform this, hold L2/LT and move the right stick, left, back and right or right, back and left.

EA FC 26 closed beta details

It has been leaked that the EA FC 26 closed beta will start on August 8, 2025. Your favourite content creators and streamers will receive the code for the FC 25 beta. The beta will end on August 26, 2025.

This has yet to be confirmed by EA for now, but we can expect the official announcement pretty soon from them.
