EA Sports FC has officially confirmed in the Ultimate Team deep dive that EA FC 27 Ultimate Team will feature a slower progression.
Now, some fresh new leaks have provided some details about the first four season promotions in the game. More information on the annual content roadmap will prioritize fewer but longer-running campaigns. Let’s check out more details in this article.
Leaked Season 1–4 Promo schedule
According to ASHYFUTRADER, here are the first four major Ultimate Team campaigns:
- Season 1: Future Stars
- Season 2: Ultimate Scream & Hall of FUT
- Season 3: Winter Wildcards
- Season 4: Team of the Year (TOTY)
According to leaks, these are expected to headline each season. EA Sports FC is still expected to release additional campaigns throughout the year. But this time, the overall number of weekly promotions will be reduced in EA FC 27.
Future stars could arrive earlier
So far, we have seen this promotion launch after Team of the Year and highlight the brightest young talents in Ultimate Team.
But now, it appears that EA FC 27 could move this event to Season 1. This will provide the rising stars an early opportunity to get the boosted cards.
In the meantime, Ultimate Scream, Winter Wildcards, and Team of the Year appear to follow the familiar release timeline.
Longer campaign & better season rewards
So now, with fewer weekly promotions planned, these events are expected to run for a longer period of time compared to the previous years.
This may also allow for greater content in major campaigns, including the likes of Future Stars and Team of the Year, with Season Pass rewards also expected to consist of items and players directly correlated to the season’s major promotion.
