Elden Ring Nightreign dominance?

This post was recently posted by EldenRingAlert on X, which made me actually check the stats of both of these games on Steam.

Nightreign currently has 77.69% positive reviews (95k reviews) while Shadow of the Erdtree DLC has 69.67% positive reviews (102k reviews).

According to these stats, it clearly states that gamers are enjoying and loving Elden Ring Nightreign more than Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Fans reaction

Just like me, many were bewildered and couldn’t believe what they were witnessing. Everyone commented about how Shadow of the Erdtree DLC is the most perfect DLC ever.

There was so much lore, storytelling and epic boss fights that made this DLC famous and even nominated as a contender for GOTY 2024.

Most of them believed that it has fewer positive reviews compared to Elden Ring Nightreign because of the difficulty.

They believed that most of the players couldn’t even complete the DLC, hence the less positive reviews.

I 100% believe and can confirm it for myself that Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree is on a whole other level and it’s not a live service game.

But you also have to agree that the DLC is very hard and most normal gamers couldn’t have completed this extra content.

Despite Nightreign’s flaws with no voice chat and duo options, it’s still pretty enjoyable with fast-paced action.

The best part is when you play with your friends, that’s when the game shines to provide you with entertainment and makes your money worth.
