Elden Ring Nightreign: How to unlock Revenant class?

Elden Ring Nightreign is out and it has already peaked at 313,593 concurrent players on Steam, with some mixed reviews for now.

This game introduced six playable classes from the start, while two classes are hidden and need players to unlock. One of them is Revenant, “the soul of a lady who manipulates spirits.”

In this article, we will learn more about her abilities and how you can unlock her in the game and go on the night raids.

Unlocking the Revenant Class

The first step is to unlock the Duchess class by obtaining The Old Pocketwatch. If you don’t know how to unlock Duchess, you can visit our guide for instructions.

After obtaining the old pocketwatch, follow these steps in order:

• Defeat the First Nightlord: You first need to defeat Tricephalos, also known as Gladius, Beast of Night, in the first Expedition. After that, visit the Roundtable Hold.
• Purchase the Besmirched Frame Relic: Now, visit the Small Jar Bazaar and buy the relic from there.
• Find the Revenant Phantom: After that, head to the East Wing of the Rountable Hold and interact with the Revenant’s phantom. This will transport you to a tutorial area.
• Defeat the Night Idol Boss: Upcoming tough boss fight. The boss summons a Page, a Pumpkin Head, and a massive Skeleton. Overcome them to unlock the Revenant, one of the eighth playable classes.

Revenant Class abilities

Here are the Revenant Class abilities and optimal stat scaling for this class:

Passive Necromancy:

• This gives you a chance to revive the slayers as your pets.

Skill: Summon Spirit

You can choose between three different summons:

• Helen (sm): Quick attacks on a single target.
• Frederick (med): Slow but heavy attacks that cleave and stagger.
• Sebastian (lrg): Can’t move but very tanky.

Ultimate: Immortal March

• This ability grants the team temporary immortality and revives downed allies. It also causes your summoned spirit to cast a special attack.

Best Scalings: FTH (S), FP (A)

Revenant is a summon-type class, perfect for those who want to avoid direct danger and play as a support.

Also, note that this class is considered one of the weakest due to her reliance on Incantations and specific weapons, which can be hard to find.
