Elden Ring Nightreign possibly to get new DLC content by Q4 2025

DLC on the way

Elden Ring Nightreign is officially scheduled to release on May 30, 2025. However, we have already gotten the information regarding the upcoming DLC as well.

The game’s Steam listing initially hinted at “Additional playable characters and bosses,” but was shortly amended to confirm that “Additional DLC” will be available by Q4 2025.

This suggests that FramSoftware is looking forward to supporting this game with new content in the future, even though this isn’t a live service game. At least, now there is a good possibility of having new content in the Elden Ring world.

Elden Ring Nightreign review after network test

Nightreign turns the Souls formula on its head by combining components from the roguelike and battle royale genres. This fusion may appear to be a randomizer mod with multiplayer, but it is evident that FromSoftware has created a nighttime adventure that fans will enjoy.

While engaging, the fighting may use some improvement for a more seamless experience. Introducing a reliable in-game communication tool would significantly improve teamwork and strategy.

I don’t know about PC, but on PS5 there were some glitches and bugs during the network test. This is very common to face, but apart from this, the game was very smooth. If we compare the difficulty level, the mini-bosses feel very easy to fight but the real game begins with the real night bosses and main bosses.

Leveling seems very easy in the Elden Ring Nightreign as it is more simplified on the basis of which class you select. After you’ve collected several runes, travel over to a nearby grace and simply push the button to automatically boost your stats. You can level up quickly at first, but as you progress, the process slows.

Overall, the game looks very good and playing together with your friends will only increase your enjoyment level more for the Elden Ring Nightreign.
