Exciting Astro Bot news: Heihachi possibly joins the roster with new level

One of the most enjoyable and the Game of the Year, Astro Bot might be getting a new level along with some crazy surprise for the fans. It appears that Team Asobi is cooking hard to provide more content for the fans and players.

During a recent PlayStation Tournaments XP event, a thrilling new speedrun stage was shown, providing gamers a preview of what’s to come.

Special bot and new level?

In a surprise turn of events, indications about new content have emerged from an unlikely source: a 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle delivered to former PlayStation boss Shuhei Yoshida following his resignation. This puzzle, which depicts the PS5 spacecraft from Astro Bot surrounded by other Special Bots, has attracted interest among the community.

Observant fans instantly noted an intriguing detail: Heihachi from the Tekken series, who isn’t yet in the game, is shown in the puzzle image next to Kazuya, implying his eventual inclusion.

Now this puzzle image shows a different version of Heihachi from the Astro Playroom. This appears that we are getting a significant upgrade in his character design for Astro Bot.

Since the game has released, fans have already gotten five new free speedrun levels and a festive Winter Wonder level. Now with the possible Heihachi addition as a bot in the game, this is going to enhance the roster of the special bots.

There are already rumors resurfacing about the next PlayStation State of Play on either last week of January or in February 2025. So, this might be the chance where Team Asobi might official announce this new level along with special bot addition.
