This edition is based on Triple H, with him as a cover superstar as well. The pre-orders for this edition will start on Friday, January 30, 2026.

2K Games and WWE have officially revealed the WWE 2K26 King of Kings Edition with Triple H as cover superstar.
Fans can expect exclusive in-game content, bonus items and collectible perks themed around “The Cerebral Assassin.”
WWE 2K26, like previous editions that focused on the Attitude Era and Monday Night War, appears to be primarily nostalgia-driven.
Recent teasers featured throwback themes like VHS recordings of classic matches, a secret “Draft” date on a calendar, and other cryptic imagery implying legacy programming, hidden roster surprises, or Easter eggs from WWE history.

Fans’ backlash grows online
There is no doubt that Triple H is one of WWE’s most influential figures and a wrestling legend. However, recently, many of the fans are feeling fatigued to see him repeatedly featured on special edition covers, trying to take center stage on every big event and more.
