Fortnite: How to get Master Chief skin?

The man, the myth, the legend, Master Chief skin is back in Fortnite after 934 days. He is the iconic spartan from the famous Halo franchise and was finally available at the item shop on December 23, 2024.

How to own Master Chief?

Chief’s introduction during Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 was nothing short of legendary, and his debut trailer quickly became a fan favorite. He is already available in the shop and will remain there until December 31, 2024. Here’s a detailed look at what’s in store:

Update on the Matte Black skin style

One of the most unique and better parts of this collaboration was the Matter Black Skin. That was f***ing awesome. Unfortunately, Epic Games has announced that this particular style is no longer obtainable. It was exclusively for players who bought the outfit and played on an Xbox Series X|S before December 2024.

Well, it is a bummer, that we won’t be able to own that skin in the current game. So, if you already own the Matter Black skin, you are lucky to have one of the rarest skins in the game.

Chief is not the only one who has collaborated. Cyberpunk 2077 has also arrived in the game with V and Johnny Silverhand cosmetics and bundle. They are already available in the shop and they will cost you the V bucks to own them.
