Fortnite Sonic Comic reveals four new skins ahead of Chapter 7 Season 4

Epic Games has now officially revealed Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4 and the new Fortnite Sonic Comic. This is published ahead of the upcoming Override season and it expands the game storyline following the Unstable Story Moment.
The comic delves into the battle between Sonic’s heroes and villains, and even suggests four new Sonic-themed skins, including one more that’s rumored to be on the way for Season 4.
Fortnite Sonic Comic expands the crossover storyline
After the Unstable Story Moment live event ended, Epic Games came out with an official comic of Fortnite Sonic on the Epic Games Community website.
Epic Games has surprised fans by releasing an official comic of Fortnite Sonic on the Epic Games Community website after the end of the event.
This story starts with Dr. Eggman who joins forces with Geno and they are attempting to stabilize reality after the Zero Point becomes unstable.
The pair needs the incredible power of Chaos Emeralds to reshape reality for their own goals.
The artwork is created by Stanley, ARQ, Kim and Mcgrath. This is an original crossover that connects the Sonic universe with the Fortnite evolving universe.
Four Sonic characters might join in Chapter 7 Season 4
One of the biggest reveals is from the last page of the new comic, where several iconic Sonic characters are preparing to enter the Fortnite Island.
In this image, we can see:
- Sonic the Hedgehog
- Shadow
- Knuckles
- Tails (expected as a companion or sidekick)
In the cover artwork, we can also see the robotic versions of Sonic, Shadow, and Knuckles. They are emerging through a Zero Point Rift while carrying the Chaos Emeralds.
Although Epic Games has not confirmed anything yet, we can probably expect some new Sonic skins in the upcoming Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4.

Chapter 7 Season 4 launches on August 20, 2026, bringing the new Override season and multiple Gaming Legends collaborations.
