According to leaks and rumors, here are the Citlali’s abilities in the game:

Elemental Skill

Citlali is believed to use her Elemental Skill to create a large, web-like field. This field not only causes Cryo Damage to foes within it, but it also deals Area of Effect (AoE) Cryo Damage on every third strike. While the Cryo application may be on the low end, the skill’s range is said to be as broad as Albedo’s Elemental Skill, providing tremendous battlefield control.

Exploration Skill

This exploration skill is where she hangs herself from the ceiling. This skill can be very useful in the game as you might be able to use this skill to navigate or even climb during your gameplay and exploration.

Elemental Burst

This skill creates a shield that will not only protect her but it will also record the damage taken. When this shield’s duration expires or breaks, it heals the team based on the damage taken, making Citlali an excellent support character for both attack and defense.

Release and Citlali character details

Citlali will be available in Genshin Impact in the next 5.3 update which is scheduled for January 1, 2024. She will have Cyro vision and is suspected to be a 5-star character in the game. Her design and powers indicate a focus on strategic gameplay, combining damaging and supporting features.
