Waiting patiently for May 2026

All the gamers and fans are patiently waiting for Grand Theft Auto 6, which is now only 7 months away from release. According to Rockstar Games’ last confirmation, the game is still set to release on May 26, 2026.

There were some fake rumors about the game getting delayed to 2027, but as of now, Rockstar Games has not officially announced anything yet. Let’s check out more details in this article.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is releasing in May 2026!

Yes, the game is still set to release on May 26, 2026. There might be a little chance that Rockstar Games might delay the game to October or December 2026.

On May 6, 2025, fans finally got to see a new trailer for the game, many 4k screenshots on the official website, information about the maps, new locations, characters and more.

Currently, the 2nd trailer of the game has already crossed 135 million views on YouTube. There is also some speculation that we might see one more new trailer for the game by the end of the year. Also, Rockstar Games might start their marketing for the game pretty soon as well.

The next big event is the Game Awards 2025 on December 11, 2025. This might be the perfect stage for Rockstar Games to reveal something special for the fans. The game is already available to wishlist on the PlayStation and Xbox stores.
