GTA 6 is not content complete yet!
According to Jason Schreier, the game is still not content complete yet. The last time he heard was that the people were still finishing things up, finalizing missions, cuts and levels in the game.
The bug-fixing phase hasn’t fully begun yet. Rockstar might delay it once again rather than releasing a buggy product, as they believe in perfection.
The entire stock of Take-Two lives or dies on this game. Jason believes that it is really hard to tell whether GTA 6 will be released in November 2026 or not. Even most of the Rockstar devs are not 100% certain about this.
Take-Two’s fiscal year ends in late March 2027, so they have a little bit of buffer if they still want to release the game during the same fiscal year.
PlayStation seems to be the main platform for GTA 6 and Sony has planned the entire lineup around it.

This might be a little sad news for the fans who have been waiting for GTA 6’s release for years. However, there are still solid 10 months left for Rockstar to work on the game.
