If we look at the history, Rockstar Games has always released its biggest titles on consoles first. GTA 5 released on PC 18 months after its console launch, while Red Dead Redemption 2 took 1 year to arrive on PC.
This time, it could be different. On the VGC Podcast, journalist Andy Robinson mentioned that there is some talk in the industry that Rockstar might accelerate the PC release because of changing market conditions.
