This is the setting that you need to turn off to reduce the lag and delay in the game.

• First, go to the settings and head over to the gameplay option.
• Then select the “Reaction Time Modifier” option and turn it off.

I have seen many complaints about how this option can’t be turned off for some of them because of the bug. You may simply restart the game and try again. Hope, EA will fix this soon with the update for the EA FC 25.

What does a Reaction Time Modifier do?

When using the Next Player Switch option, this modifier will take into account the delay in reaction time between the moment when you decide to switch players and when you actually press LB.

This reduces instances where you decide to switch players, but by the time you press LB, the next player switch target has already changed. This window of time is defined by the Reaction Time Modifier Sensitivity setting.

This reduced the delay between the button press and when you switch the players, which will make you a little faster in the EA FC 25 with reactions.

Some have even said that this has helped them to reduce the menu lag. However, many have also complained that this does absolutely nothing and EA needs to fix these issues at the full release of the game.
