The server for the Fortnite update 37.50 will go down on October 9, 2025 at 4 AM ET. Matchmaking will be disabled 30 minutes prior.

This patch concludes Fortnitemares 2025, following last week’s release of K-Pop Demon Hunters (Huntr/x) and the demon-infused Horde Rush mode. Expect a treasure trove of spooky additions.

New Skins and Cosmetics: Iconic Doja Cat outfits, Scooby-Doo characters, and Terrifier-inspired terrors to haunt the Island.
Fortnitemares Expansion: More frightful events, challenges, and rewards to amp up the Halloween vibe.

Two battle royale fixes will be included in this update:

Shockwave Hammer Sprint Issue: Mid-air sprinting glitches post-use are resolved; weapon swaps work as a temporary fix.
OG Season 6 Umbrella Bug: The Kevin ‘Brella Glider now shows the correct name and description in the Locker (no more Fox Clan mix-up).
