The new Fortnite 36.20 update is on the way

Fans and Epic Games are all gearing up for the next update and currently, Fortnite servers are down for maintenance.

The downtime has started and now fans have to wait patiently for the new content in the game. Early leaks also suggest that a Fantastic Four collaboration will be dropping with this update.

Fortnite server maintenance & downtime

Fortnite server maintenance will start on July 15, 2025, at 4 AM ET/ 1:30 IST. It is expected to last around 2-3 hours.

The matchmaking has ended and you will not be able to log in to the game. We will make sure to keep you guys updated once the servers are back online. Patch notes will also be available on the official Fortnite website after the maintenance ends.

According to them, there are 3 encrypted collaborations and one of them is with the Fantastic Four. Jujutsu Kaisen mythics are back in the file, so fans can also expect that.
