LeBron James & other NBA stars to receive Fortnite skins

Only three NBA players have their skins in Fortnite

Fortnite games have their own icon series and now a new NBA star has found their way into Fortnite skins. This icon series is only for celebrities, content creators, athletes, musicians and other famous people. 

From the NBA, there have been only three players who have received their own skins in Fortnite. Let’s check out more details about them in this article.

3. Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo Fortnite skins were released on December 25, 2022, as a part of the Icon series. It costs around 2000-2200 V-Bucks in the game. There were two different outfits for Giannis along with different selectable styles and headwear.

2. LeBron James

LeBron James was the first NBA player who received the Fortnite skin in the icon series. It was released on July 15, 2021, and it cost around 2000-2500 V-Bucks in the game. This arrived with two different outfits along with different James Nike shoes.

Also, the James bundle included:

  • The Lion Pickaxe 
  • Wingspan Glider
  • Quiet the competition with LeBron’s emphatic on-the-court celebration, The Silencer. 

Fans also got the Back Bling, Lion Pickaxe, and Wingspan Glider. The Tune Squad LeBron was also added along with LeBron’s Taco Tuesday style Variant and Pack Supreme Back Bling.

1. Shaq

The next upcoming NBA superstar who is going to be part of the Icon series is Shaquille O’Neal. This is what we are expecting from the skin and bundles:

  • Two Pickaxes: One comes with a skin, and the other is 800 V-Bucks
  • One Wrap: 500 V-Bucks
  • Two Emotes: 300 V-Bucks and 500 V-Bucks
  • Shaq Fortnite Bundle (contains everything below): 3,400 V-Bucks
  • Two Shaq Fortnite Outfits: 1,500 V-Bucks and 2,000 V-Bucks

It is going to be released on October 4, 2024. Although there have been only three NBA players’ skins in the game, fans want more players like Curry, Jokic, Luka, etc to get their skins in the future.
